Diwali, the festival of
light is
celebrated in India with huge zeal and happiness. Jaipur is
one of the most mesmerizing places where you should celebrate Diwali. Diwali is
the biggest festival in India. Tourists, Indian and foreigners visits Jaipur in
the Diwali season. Even the Jaipur government encourage celebrating this festival
in terms of tourism growth.
The
term Diwali or Deepavali is derived from the word Deepak or Deep means light and Avali means row. People decorate
their home with rows of Deep on this festival. Everybody believes that Maa

The Hindu
community in India celebrates Diwali to celebrate and honor the return of Rama
from exile. Rama, a personification of Lord Vishnu according to Hindu faith was
sent to exile for 14 years by his step mother Kaikayi. The Ramayana says that
he battled against powerful Rakshhas emperor Ravana and won. He came back to
his home in Ayodhya on this auspicious day of Diwali.
In
